プライバシーポリシー（兼 利用規約）

本アプリ「コントラストチェッカー」（以下「本アプリ」）における、ユーザーの情報の取り扱いについて、以下の通りプライバシーポリシーを定めます。

第1条（個人情報の収集について）
本アプリの開発者（以下「開発者」）は、ユーザーの氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレスなどの個人を直接特定できる情報を取得いたしません。ただし、第4条に定める通り、広告配信を目的として第三者の提供するSDKにより情報が収集される場合があります。

第2条（データの取り扱い）
本アプリは、コントラスト判定のために以下のデータを使用しますが、すべての解析処理はユーザーのデバイス内でのみ行われ、開発者が管理するサーバーや第三者のサーバーへ送信・保存されることは一切ありません。

1. 画像データ: 端末の写真ライブラリ（ギャラリー）やファイルストレージからユーザーが選択した画像。
2. ウェブページキャプチャ: 「Web Check」機能においてユーザーが指定したウェブページのスクリーンショット。

第3条（デバイスの機能およびデータへのアクセス）
本アプリは、機能を遂行する目的で、ユーザーの明示的な操作に基づき以下の要素にアクセスします。

1. 画像・写真へのアクセス ユーザーが選択した画像を読み込むために使用します（iOSの「写真」、Androidの「フォト」やギャラリーアプリ等）。
2. ファイルへのアクセス ユーザーが選択した画像ファイルを読み込むために使用します（iOSの「ファイル」、Androidの「Files」やストレージ等）。
3. インターネットアクセス: 「Web Check」機能においてウェブサイトを表示・解析するために使用します。なお、本アプリ内でのウェブ閲覧履歴、入力したパスワード等の情報は、本アプリ側で収集・保存・送信されることはありません。

第4条（広告配信について）
本アプリでは、第三者配信の広告サービス「Google AdMob」を利用しています。 広告配信事業者は、ユーザーの興味に応じた広告を表示するために、以下の情報を自動的に取得することがあります。

1. 広告識別子（IDFA、AAIDなど）
2. デバイス識別子（端末の種類、OSバージョン等）
3. アプリ内での操作履歴（使用状況データ）
4. 診断情報（クラッシュデータ、パフォーマンスデータ）

第5条（トラッキングと広告識別子の利用について）
本アプリは、ユーザーの興味関心に合わせた広告を表示するために、広告識別子（iOSのIDFA、AndroidのAAID）を利用したトラッキングを行う場合があります。 ユーザーはアプリ起動時に表示されるダイアログ、またはデバイスの設定画面からトラッキングの可否（広告IDのリセットや削除を含む）を選択できます。 トラッキングを拒否した場合でも、本アプリの基本機能（コントラスト判定等）は制限なく利用いただけます。

第6条（免責事項）
本アプリが提供する判定結果の正確性には万全を期しておりますが、その内容を保証するものではありません。本アプリの利用によって生じた直接的、間接的な損害等について、開発者は一切の責任を負いません。

第7条（準拠法および裁判管轄）

1. 本ポリシーおよび本アプリの利用に関しては、日本法を準拠法とします。
2. 本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合には、開発者の所在地を管轄する裁判所（例：東京地方裁判所）を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

第8条（プライバシーポリシーの変更）
本ポリシーの内容は、ユーザーに通知することなく変更することができるものとします。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本ページに掲載したときから効力を生じるものとします。

This Privacy Policy sets forth the terms regarding the handling of user information and the terms of use for the mobile application “Pixel Contrast Checker” (hereinafter referred to as the “App”).

1.Collection of Personal Information
The developer of this App (hereinafter referred to as the “Developer”) does not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses. However, as specified in Section 4, information may be collected by third-party SDKs for advertising purposes.

2.Handling of Data
The App uses the following data for contrast analysis, but all analysis is performed entirely on the user’s device and is never transmitted to or stored on servers managed by the Developer or any third party.

• Image Data: Images selected by the user from the device’s photo library (gallery) or file storage.
• Web Page Captures: Screenshots of web pages specified by the user in the “Web Check” feature.

3.Access to Device Functions and Data
The App accesses the following elements based on explicit user operations to perform its functions:

• Access to Images/Photos: Used to load images selected by the user (iOS “Photos”, Android “Photos” or Gallery apps, etc.).
• Access to Files: Used to load image files selected by the user (iOS “Files”, Android “Files” or storage, etc.).
• Internet Access: Used to display and analyze websites in the “Web Check” feature. Note: Web browsing history, passwords, or any other information entered within the App’s browser are not collected, stored, or transmitted by the App.

4.Advertising
The App uses “Google AdMob,” a third-party advertising service. To display advertisements tailored to the user’s interests, the advertising provider may automatically collect the following information:

• Advertising identifiers (IDFA, AAID, etc.)
• Device identifiers (device type, OS version, etc.)
• In-app operation history (usage data)
• Diagnostic information (crash data, performance data)

This information is managed in accordance with Google’s privacy policy.

5.Tracking and Use of Advertising Identifiers
The App may use advertising identifiers (iOS IDFA, Android AAID) for tracking to display ads based on user interests. Users can opt-in or opt-out of tracking (including resetting or deleting advertising IDs) through the dialog displayed when the App is launched or via the device’s settings. Even if tracking is refused, the basic functions of the App (such as contrast analysis) can be used without restriction.

6.Disclaimer
WHILE THE DEVELOPER STRIVES TO ENSURE THE ACCURACY OF THE ANALYSIS RESULTS PROVIDED BY THE APP, NO GUARANTEES ARE MADE REGARDING THEIR CONTENT. THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS APP.

7.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. This Privacy Policy and the use of the App shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
2. Any disputes arising in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court (or the court having jurisdiction over the Developer’s location) as the court of first instance.

8.Changes to Privacy Policy
The contents of this policy may be changed without notice to users. The updated Privacy Policy shall become effective as of the time it is posted on this page.
